Fansign proxy assistance
We provide services to help the fansign application process both online and offline for all events.

STEPS
a. Inform us about the fansign event you want to apply for. Usually with a minimum purchase of 1 album, you can apply for the fansign. However, if you are confused about how many albums to buy to have a greater chance of winning, we also sell “cutline information”
b. Each event has a different service charge, please contact us for consultation
c. Service fee includes the cost of purchasing an album (according to the amount you want to buy) + fansign application fee + warehouse fee (if needed)
d. Fill the form we provide with the correct data
e. We will process everything when the form has been submitted.
f. Wait for the organiser to announce the fansign winner.

- How to apply for a raffle event through the voygabit?
→ To apply, simply contact us and inform us of the event you wish to apply for. We will provide the total service fee that needs to be paid along with the price of the album. Fill the form we provide and make the payment. Then wait for the organiser to announce the winner of the fansign event.- Is it guaranteed to win?
→ No. Voygabit only helps the process for fansign registration and we have no affiliation with the organiser. However, we sell “cutine information” to find out how many albums need to be purchased to increase the chance of winning.- Can I cancel my order?
→ Once the form has been submitted, order cancellation is not possible.- Can I Choose the version and pre-order benefit for each album purchased?
→ The album send will be adjusted to what we receive from the organiser (random). Requests for specific versions or pre-order benefits are not possible.- How is the album delivery process?
→ If you already have a warehouse, the album can be sent to your warehouse. However, if you do not have a warehouse, we provide warehouse services and can ship worldwide with several options, such as direct services, sharing (specifically for INA), EMS, Cargo, inclusive only etc. Please check the details in the warehouse menu.• Warehouse Services

→ We provide ticketing services for a wide range of K-POP concerts, fan meetings, and events across Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and other Asian countries. Check the link in our bio for the latest event listings.- How does Voygabit "help to buy" service work?
→ We act as your intermediary to purchase tickets on your behalf, especially for events with complex ticketing systems or language barriers.- Is the ticket guaranteed?
→ Tickets are not guaranteed. Various factors can affect availability, and we do not have insider access. However, we will make every effort to secure your desired tickets.- Can I request barricade seating or choose my seat?
→ Seat selection depends entirely on the available tickets from the source. We cannot guarantee specific seats.- What are Voygabit service fees?
→ Our service fees cover the team's efforts involved in securing your tickets. Fees will be clearly stated during the purchase process."- What payment methods do Voygabit accept?*
